John Coltrane Jazz Workshop Summer Camp
The Gant School of Music and Jazz (GMAJ) is proud to partner with the High Point Arts Council on the 2026 John Coltrane Jazz Workshop — a week-long immersive jazz education experience for rising 7th–12th grade musicians. Rooted in the legacy of John Coltrane and designed to elevate student musicianship, this program combines expert instruction, performance opportunities, and community engagement.

Who Should Register:

Middle school or high school students

Students with at least one year of band experience or private lessons

Students interested in jazz performance, improvisation, and ensemble playing
